Refund policy
In the event you are not satisfied with your item We accept returns within 10 days. This applies to any products shipped with defects in craftmanship or material. We offer returns on any candle that has not been burned. If for some reason you do not want a product once it has shown up please email me for a return label. Unfortunately we do not allow returns for candles that have been burned or used to test the scent.
Please contact us at info@jmaurecandleco.com to approve a return. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
